This Privacy Policy explains how The Daily Page (“we,” “us,” the “Service”), operated by Todd Ridgway and available at thedailypageai.com, collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
We collect only what the Service needs to function as a daily planner and AI coaching tool:
We do not collect or store your payment card details. Card information is handled entirely by Stripe (see below).
To provide coaching and recaps, the content you write — including your planner entries and your journal reflections — is sent to an external AI provider (Anthropic, the maker of Claude) to generate responses. This means your journal and planner text leaves our systems and is processed by Anthropic for the sole purpose of producing your coaching replies and recaps. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the Service. Each receives only the data needed for its function:
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, your data is removed from active systems and is fully purged from backups within 90 days.
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to:
We do not sell your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at coach@thedailypageai.com.
We use reputable infrastructure providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
